Haircut & Reshade - Skin test required 24 hrs for this treatment, even if you have had it previously. Due to the fact we have been closed for quiet sometime. You also can not have this treatment if you have had the covid vaccine within two weeks of having this treatment. These are the government new rules. The reshade tones grey hair.
